Equipment Repair

We specialize in quality repair, refurbishment, alignment, calibration and component function testing of rotating equipment, e.g. API/ANSI/ISO pumps, rotors, impellers, fans, motor drives, conveyors system, mechanical seal, turbomachinery, etc

We partner with OEM/Vendor to ensure quality engineering solution /work being delivered meeting required standards.

Thermal Spray Coating

We specialize in thermal spray coating of components of equipment e.g. Pumps for corrosion protection, surface hardening, etc.

We can do following coating as per customer spec:

Coating material: Tungsten Carbide, Stainless Steel.

Coating thickness: 0.3mm - 1mm

Scaffolding for Project, Maintenance and Turnaround

We supply and provide scaffolding services to our customers for construction projects, maintenance and turnaround.

We have ability to supply up to 120,000 M3 of scaffolding as well as scaleable scaffolding crew of upto 150 pax to meet customers' demand.

Valve Repair

We provide general refurbishment, repair and function testing for a range of valves including actuators, e.g. Pressure Safety Valves, Actuated Valves, Check Valves, Control Valves, Manual Valves, etc. Our facility can service valve size up 24", and provide required function testing.

Field Mechanical Works

We provide planning, workpacking, supervision, skilled labour for field mechanical work, including scaffolding, piping work, rigging, welding, mechanical installation, in-situ repair, trim-balancing, insulation and painting work for projects, maintenance or plant turnaround.

Our workforce are trained, and continuously upgraded to meet Customer's safety requirement or industrial safety standard, e.g. Permit to Work, Confined Space Entry, H2S management, process isolation, etc.

Commissioning Support for Vendor & Supplier

We provide Field Service Representative(FSR) and Commissioning specialist to support on-site /in-situ repair /refurbishment and commissioning start up service for equipment. We can supply commissioning equipment/tool upon request by Customers.
